Terre Haute, In. – A Terre Haute woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for her role in a violent hotel robbery. Elizabeth Adkins pleaded guilty to armed robbery after luring a man she met online to the Roadway Inn on 3rd Street last October. Once inside, Adkins and three masked accomplices held the victim at gunpoint and assaulted him before fleeing with his cash. While Adkins begins her decade-long sentence, four other suspects tied to the setup are still awaiting trial.
