Danielle Nikki Pate

BRAZIL –  A Clay City teacher accused of sending harmful photos to a minor appeared in Clay Circuit Court before Judge Joseph Trout on Thursday.

Danielle Nikki Pate is charged with disseminating matters harmful to minors, felony.

There is a no contact order between Pate and the student.

Pate is out on bail.
