Vigo Commissioners submit plan for $21M in funds

Terre Haute- Nearly $21 million in federal funds are coming to Vigo County.

On Tuesday, the Vigo County Commissioners submitted a plan to the Vigo County Council on how to use the $20.76 million in American Rescue Act funds.

The plan calls for improvements to animal services, disabled services, housing, infrastructure,  non-profits,  small business, transportation, and youth services.

The Vigo County Council is expected to consider the plan on Feb. 14.
