BLOOMINGDALE MAN ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Bloomingdale, In. – A Bloomingdale man has been arrested as a result of an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations begun by Indiana State Police last October after they received information from the Parke County Sheriff’s Department. Investigators say 47 year old Danny Richmond, of Bloomingdale engaged in sexual misconduct with a female minor under the age of 14 in Sullivan County. An arrest warrant for Richmond was issued last Thursday and he was taken into custody on Friday. Charges he faces include child molesting; sexual misconduct; and intercourse or deviate sex with a victim less than 14. All the charges are felonies. Richmond is now in jail, with bond set at $150,000.
