TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A Wabash Valley business has decided to layoff 83 local employees due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Fiber cement siding company Allura has announced that it will layoff 83 employees from its operation in the Vigo County Industrial Park.

The company says that the layoffs will be in effect from now until June 2nd.

Company officials said they will provide pay and benefits for these 83 employees through June 2nd.
