VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – Police are investigating the death of a man in northwestern Vigo County.

Police were called to a body of water in the area of US 150 and Hollingsworth Road in West Terre Haute around 6 p.m. Sunday night.

Police say that the body of a white male, was found face down.

It appears that the man’s kayak was recovered.

An autopsy is scheduled for today.

An identity or other details have not been released as police are continuing their investigation.
