VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Saturday Vermillion County Police were called to a residence in Blanford for an alleged violation of an active protective order.

Police say that the victim showed a deputy text messages and voice mails left on her phone by 40 year old Robby G. Franklin.

More messages were received as the deputy was investigating.

Deputys went to Franklins home where he admitted to knowingly violating the protective order.

 

Franklin was arrested and taken to the Vermillion County Jail.
