Spencer, In. – The Owen-Putnam Friends of the Forest will hold a special meeting Monday night, 3/7/22, at 6 at the Owen County Library in Spencer, in order to share information about a plan by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to log trees in Owen-Putnam State Forest. Those opposed to logging the forest should take action by calling Governor Holcombs office as well as your local State Legislators.
