Terre Haute, In. – Beginning this Saturday, Indiana State University will make masks optional, based on once again updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and in consultation with the Vigo County Health Department. But the university says there will be no change in the weekly testing policy, which remains in effect and is mandatory for all students and employees who have chosen not to be vaccinated. In making the announcement yesterday, the university says everyone should respect everyone else’s decisions about whether to wear a mask.
