
TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Terre Haute Police have identified the person killed in a weekend shooting.
Officers say that around 3 a.m. Sunday morning they were called to 2221 Cleveland Avenue. That is where they found 18 year old Gage E. Eup with what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to the head and a hand gun next to his body.
Investigators learned that alcohol and drugs were being consumed, and that according to witness accounts 20 year old Dylan M. Morgan had pointed a gun at Eup and it fired.
Morgan was arrested on charges of Reckless Homicide and Altering the Scene of a Death.
In court Monday, his bond was set at $35,000 with no 10%.
He will be back in court on Thursday.
Morgan’s girlfriend 20 year old Sabrei Neace was also arrested on charges of Obstruction of Justice and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
In court Monday her bond was set at $10,000 with no 10%.
She also will return to court on Thursday.
