Vigo/Clay Counties, In. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces major traffic changes on Interstate 70 in Vigo and Clay counties starting next Monday. Nightly lane closures will run from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. between State Road 641 and State Road 59 for resurfacing work. A July bridge project at mile marker 18 will further shift traffic toward the median, with construction lasting until August.
