A new report reveals that Ivy Tech Terre Haute is a powerhouse for the local economy, contributing over $162.9 million in annual income to the region. The study by Lightcast shows the college’s operations and alumni support nearly 2,200 area jobs, providing a significant return on investment for both students and taxpayers. Chancellor Lea Anne Crooks noted that for every dollar students invest in their education, they see nearly five dollars in higher future earnings.
