Terre Haute, In. – A 45-year-old Terre Haute man, Jason Childress, is scheduled to make his initial court appearance today following his arrest for felony intimidation at the Vigo County Courthouse last week. Childress faces charges of felony intimidation, possession of body armor (while committing a felony) and trespassing. Authorities say Childress arrived at the courthouse in body armor and military fatigues, allegedly making shooting gestures toward staff.
