Vigo County, In. – Yesterday (12/14/25) Fire crews were called out to a house fire in Eastern Vigo County. When the first fire crews arrived there was heavy fire in the home and the roof had collapsed. There was one occupant in the home who made it out safely but several dogs died in the fire. Fire crews from the Seelyville, Otter Creek, Rosedale, and Lyford fire departments fought the blaze.
