
Terre Haute, In. – Landry Kimery was charged with causing a serious accident on Rose-Hulman’s campus in March. Police found Kimery kneeling beside a female after the car Kimery was driving went over an embankment on the Rose Hulman Campus and end up in a wooded area. Kimery told police he had been drinking. The female suffered from amputation of both arms in the accident. Kimery was sentenced this week to 6 years for causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
