Clay County, In. – Sunday afternoon Clay County 911 received a call about a 15-year-old boy who was involved in a crash of an off road vehicle near the Clay/Putnam County line. Callers said the boy was unresponsive. When officers arrived they found the boy had lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree. Despite lifesaving efforts the boy died. Indiana Conservation Officers are continuing the investigation.
