Terre Haute, In. – The word is that Target will be opening a store on Terre Haute’s east side. The area planning commission recently OK’d the recommendation for the development of a large box store. A county government official confirms it is Target. The location of the store will be in front of the Sycamore Terrace Apartments just north of Walmart on New Margaret Drive at State Road 46.
