Montezuma, In. – Monday evening Parke County Deputies responded to a 911 call in Montezuma for a domestic battery in progress. The female caller said that a male in the home was threatening here with a knife and refusing to let her leave the residence. When the deputies arrived they found the man inside the home and took him into custody. He was identified as 24-year-old Terrian Hemphill of Danville, IL. He was booked into the Parke County Jail and charged with Domestic Battery and Criminal Confinement He is currently being held with No Bond.
