Terre Haute, In. – It all began in 2023 as Happiness Bag began a $ 3.5 Billion fund raising campaign to fund the expansion of their facility. It became a reality yesterday (11/12/25) as Happiness Bag held the grand opening of their new 12,000 square foot addition.. Happiness Bag is an educational and recreational facility that provides services to individuals with disabilities. Happiness Bag is open to any disabled individual within the Wabash Valley, not just the Vigo County community.
