Brazil, In. – East Side Elementary School in Brazil has been designated as one of the 11 inaugural recipients of the Indiana Blue Ribbon Schools. According to an Indiana Department of Education press release these were selected for this newly-established designation for their exceptional academic achievement and commitment to student success. The honored schools will be formally recognized at the fourth annual Educational Excellence Awards gala Nov. 21 in Indianapolis.
