
Terre Haute, In. – Monday night James Carville was the highlight of the “Pasta and Politics” event put on by the Vigo County Democrats. Carville became a power in the Democratic party by being instrumental in the election of Bill Clinton in 1992. He still remains an important voice in the party. Caraville shared the stage with the chair of the Vigo County Democrats Joe Etling as they discussed various topics, including the state of the Democratic Party and local issues such as redistricting and voter engagement. Other speakers included Terre Haute Mayor Brandon Sakbun and Democratic candidate for Secretary of State Beau Bayh.
