
Terre Haute, In. – Monday evening Terre Haute Police Officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Wabash Avenue on a report of a man making threats to workers at a business. A woman that worked at the business told police that her boyfriend wanted her to stay home from work. He got upset when she told him she was going to work and he threatened to shoot her fellow employees if she in fact went to work. When she arrived at work she informed management who immediately called police and all employees were moved to a safe location. When officers arrived they quickly found the suspect and detained him. He was identified as 26-year-old August D. Lenges, 26, of Terre Haute. He was found to be in possession of a handgun. Lenges has been charged with Felony Intimidation.
