Terre Haute, In. – Wednesday Chances And Services for Youth broke ground for the new CASY Early Learning Center. The plan is to transform a warehouse building, located on North Hunt Street in eastern Vigo County near Rose Hulman, into the new Learning Center. According to Brandon Halleck, CASY Chief Operating Officer, this will be Phase 1 and will have room for 192 children — 32 infants, 40 toddlers, 40 2-year-olds and 80 children, ages 3 to 5. Phase 2 will come later and add space for another 96 kids.
