Monroe County, In. – Monday the Indiana State Police conducted a traffic stop on a car on I-69 in Monroe County. The driver was identified as 39-year-old Edward K. Britt of West Terre Haute. Britt was found to be driving with only a valid Indiana ID card. The situation lead to a search of Britt’s vehicle which turned up five packages of THC gummies, two plastic containers of THC, and one box of 100 2-gram dosage units of hash oil. The State Police said the value of these items were $1,300. Britt was arrested and charged with possession of THC/hash oil with a previous drug conviction, dealing in hash oil with a previous drug conviction, and a citation for operator not in possession of a valid driver’s license.
