Clay County, In. – Tuesday an Indiana State Police trooper arrested a Brazil woman for Driving Under the Influence. She was stopped on US-40 at CR 675 when the trooper observed her traveling eastbound in the westbound lane of US-40. The driver displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Further investigation showed she had a Blood Alcohol Content of .13.
