Vigo County, In. – Wednesday morning the Vigo County Commissioners approved the next phase of the Riley Spur Trail which is to extend the trail from Lama Street to Eldridge Road. Commissioner Mark Clinkenbeard says that the he first leg of the Riley Spur Trail that goes from Riley to Lama Street has been very successful making the decision to extend the trail easy. They hope to see construction on this next phase to begin later this year.
