Vigo County, In. – The Vigo County Health Department says that samples of mosquitoes collected in Vigo County have tested positive for the West Nile Virus. The health Department says this is not uncommon due tot he amount standing water in the area. Health officials sy it’s important to protect you and your family from mosquitoes by getting rid of standing water where mosquitoes can breed.
