Parke County, In. – Just after 8pm Last Thursday A Parke County Sheriff Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Chevy Tahoe on SR 59 and Ferndale Road. During the stop the Deputies learned that the driver, 45-year-old Alberto Gonzalez-Viveros of Mexico, was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a drivers license. The Deputies also learned that Viveros had an outstanding warrant from the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for failure to appear for a deportation hearing. He taken to the Parke County jail and held, with no bond, for the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
