Terre Haute, In. – The Department of Defense has awarded the city of Terre Haute nearly $650,000 to enhance infrastructure near the Terre Haute Regional Airport and the Indiana Air Guard 181st Intelligence Wing. The grant will be used to improve utility access, boosting military readiness and economic growth. The project will be led by the city’s Engineering Department. Planning phases will be gin immediately. Competition of the study is expected by June of 2026.
