Vigo County, In. – Friday night an off duty West Terre Haute Police Officer discovered two men loading two deer into a truck. According to the DNR one of the men was identified as being from Maryland and the other from Illinois. Both are facing charges of shooting from a roadway, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, jacklighting and illegal taking of white tail deer. Three forearms were recovered as evidence in the men’s vehicle. The deer were donated.
