Terre Haute, In. – Terre Haute and Vigo County official announced Thursday that That Thrive West Central is now able to offer down payment and mortgage assistance to new home buyers through it’s Hoosier Homes program. This is made possible by a partnership with Club 720, a digital platform that assist buyers during the buying process. Up to 5% in down payment assistance and up to 5% mortgage assistance is available for qualified home buyers in Vigo, Clay, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan and Vermillion County.
