Terre Haute, In. – An inmate at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute was found dead in his cell this past weekend. Prison officials say that 22-year-old Pedro Javen was discovered unresponsive and despite life-saving efforts, he could not be revived. He had arrives at the prison a little over a week ago.
