Montezuma, In. – Just before 5am Wednesday morning Parke County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to Montezuma on a Battery investigation. The victim identified the suspect as 31 year old Gage Swaim of Rockville. Swaim allegedly battered the victim injuring his ear. Swaim was located in Montezuma and arrested. He was taken to the Parke County Jail and held without bond on the charge of Battery Causing Serious Bodily injury a level 6 Felony.
