Sullivan Jury Finds William Ray Grimes Guilty in Murder Of Lowell Badger

Sullivan, In. – A jury in Sullivan County has found 39-year-old William Ray Grimes Guilty in the murder of Lowell Badger in December 2012. The jury also found that Grime sentence can be enhanced because of the use of a firearm in the murder. Grime is scheduled for sentencing on June 13th in Sullivan Superior Court. He could receive up to 70 years in prison. There are two more defendants in this case. 35-year-old Arthur Lee Grimes and 39-year-old Richard D. Taft. Both of them were in jail for other crimes when they were served with the warrants in the Badger murder.
