Terre Haute, In. – The Terre Haute Police Department have scheduled a couple of block party’s to coincide with the end of school for the summer and the beginning of school this fall. The end of school party will be May 31^st at Police Headquarters on south 7^th Street. There will be food, rides, games, prizes, Foam Homies, face-painting, a climbing wall and obstacle courses. Everything is free except for food sold by vendors. The back to school party is planned for August 6^th at Fairbanks Park with firefighters and Emergency Medical Service technicians and their equipment. Those attending can see police K-9s in action and the Lifeline medical helicopter.
