Vermillion County, In. – The Vermillion County Commissioners have created the Junior County Commissioners’ program a new initiative for High School students in the county. Three students will be selected from North and South Vermillion High School to participate.  The Commissioners hope to get advice and ideas from students on everything from parks and rec to entertainment and festivals to social issues. This will also give students a chance to learn about how the government operates and how they can make an impact in their community.
