West Terre Haute, Indiana – Tuesday West Terre Haute Police Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South 7th Street in West Terre Haute on a report of a juvenile being shot with a firearm. When they arrived, they found that a juvenile said he had allegedly been shot in the stomach with a BB gun by 28-year-old Brandon Story. Police said that the juvenile had bruising on his stomach and the remains of a BB under the skin. Story was taken into custody and transported to the Vigo County Jail. He faces charges of Intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.
