Terre Haute, In. – After a multi- department investigation, 64-year-old Steven E. Ray was arrested by Terre Haute Police on Saturday, following a search warrant execution at his residence. The arrest is the culmination of an investigation that began on February 13, after the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and the FBI identified the suspect involved in the production of Child Sexual Abuse Material. Investigators discovered that a victim depicted in the materials was living with Ray in Vigo County. Although the arrest occurred in Terre Haute, Ray is facing a litany of charges filed in Hendricks County following the multi-jurisdictional investigation.
