Clay County, In. – A federal judge in Indiana has temporarily blocked the deportation of a Chicago man currently held at the Clay County Justice Center. Juan Espinoza Martinez was recently acquitted of murder-for-hire charges, and the judge ruled he is likely entitled to a bond hearing before any further immigration action.
