Terre Haute, In. Tuesday afternoon Terre Haute Police officer responded to a motorcycle crash at 13th and Hulman Streets. While the officers were investigating the crash a second accident occurred at the scene. The driver of one of the car in the accident fled the scene. The officers gave chase attempted to stop the vehicle. After a few block the driver pulled over and was taken into custody and arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operating as a Habitual Traffic Violator. The driver of the motorcycle in the first accident maintained serious injures but no other detail are available.
