Putnam County, In. – Last weekend the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office received an automatic cell phone call in the victim’s car informing that the car was in an accident. When they arrived at the scene, near Reelsville, they found the car fully engulfed in flames. The deputies could not approach the car until the fire was extinguished by the fire department at which time the body of a person was located in the driver’s seat. The Putnam County Coroner’s Office identified the driver of the vehicle as Cayla Clark of Brazil, Indiana. The Putnam County Sheriff’s office said their investigation indicated that the vehicle traveled off of a driveway before impacting a tree head on. The vehicle then burst into flames.
