Vigo County, In. – After receiving information that a female, under the age of 14, had been molested the Indiana State Police initiated a criminal investigation. The investigation revealed that 36-year-old Jesse C. Samm, of Pimento, allegedly molested a female under the age of 14. After reviewing the investigation, the Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office requested an arrest warrant for Samm.  Vigo County Superior Court granted an arrest warrant and Samm was arrested Monday without incident. He is currently being held in the Vigo County Jail on a $100,000 bond charged with Child Molesting, Class 1 Felony
