Sullivan County, In. – After a tip from the Sullivan County Department of Child Services the Indiana State Police began a criminal investigation into alleged sexual misconduct with a minor. The suspect in the case was identified as 30-year-old Vernon T. Brown from Olive Hill, Kentucky. The case involves a victim under the age of 16 in Sullivan County. Brown was arrested and is held in the Sullivan County jail without bond.
