Terre Haute, In. – Vigo County Chris Switzer announced Wednesday that he will not seek reappointment to the Vigo County Capital Improvement Board when his term ends on December 31st. The Capitol Improvement board is a seven-member body of community leaders established to strategically invest in projects that enhance the economic vitality, tourism, and quality of life in Vigo County. Switzer has served on the board for the last 5 years. As a Vigo County Commissioner he is responsible to appoint 3 people to serves on the board. He is currently seeking applicants to take his place.
