Terre Haute, In. – Shortly before 10:30 Wednesday morning The Honey Creek Fire Department responded to a fire on South 19th 1/2 street in Terre Haute. The fire started in the kitchen area of the home and was contained to that area and quickly extinguished. The home did suffer smoke and water damage. The home owners 2 dogs died in the fire.
