Rosedale In. – Last week The Vigo County Sheriff’s office was on the look out for a vehicle that was involved in accident and then left the scene. Parke County Deputies found the vehicle and suspect driver in Rosedale. The driver was identified as 42-year-old Charles A. Vester of Rosedale. He was arrested and turned over to Vigo County Deputies.
