Clay County, In. – A family was eating at the McDonald’s at I-70 and State Road 59 when a man walking a cat on a leash. He approached their 8-year-old daughter and invited her to come out and see his truck. When the mother saw the girl starting to go out with the man she stopped her and the man left. They believe he was a truck driver. If the girl had left the building with him he could have put her in the truck headed anywhere down the highway. The police were notified and are investigating the case.
