
Terre Haute, In. – The Wabash Valley Road Runners will be kicking off their “Do The Parks” challenge on Saturday. The Challenge is to complete the marked routes in six of eight parks in the city and county in eight weeks. Participants are invited to run or walk along with their canine friends the clearly marked routes during this beautiful time of the year. the Vigo County and City of Terre Haute parks departments are participating by creating two available options for trails — the “Lite Challenge” offers distances ranging from 1.4 to 2.25 miles, while the “Long Challenge” features distances from 4.5 to 6 miles.
