West Terre Haute, In. – Police in West Terre Haute have arrested 35-year-old Joshua Davis and charged him with sex related crimes. According to police Davis is accused of sexual misconduct with a minor and providing obscene material to minors. On September 5th Davis was confronted by the victims father. The police say the abuse could have been going on for 2.5 years. Davis will be in court on Friday where it is expected he will be formerly charged. Davis is in jail held on a cash only bond of $75, 000.
