Clay County, In. – Thrive West Central hosted a Clay County Housing Symposium Tuesday morning to discuss Clay County’s future housing potential. Club 7-20 Solution presented an analysis of population and income statistics which sparked conversation about the future. Thrive West Central presented this information hoping that those that were in attendance will begin working on housing production. Over the next 5 years they hope to see 750 to 1,000 new homes in Clay County.
